Turnkey installation of 136 superchargers (so far!) across 11 different sites. All associated asphalt/striping/concrete/signage as well as infrastructure for utilities.
LACMTA - Replacement of Generators at (ROC) and (CMF) Facilities

Metro Project - Procurement and installation of a 1,250 kW Generator and new ATS at the ROC facility. Also procurement and installation of a 500 kW Generator and new ATS at the CMF facility. Coordination of outages due to facilities being critical infrastructure.
Pepperdine University - Chiller Loop

Active college campus - Installation of new underground pathways and conductors from an existing manhole to a new Transformer. Also installed Medium Voltage T-Body Terminations and Load Break Elbows.
4900 Hollywood Boulevard

150 apartments, 24 affordable units, and 13,000 square feet of retail space mixed-use apartment complex. Installation of GRC conduits,1600A and 200A Busways, and grounding system for the LADWP Vault.
2130 Violet Street

96,700sf of office space, 3,300sf of retail space, as well as a lounge on the roof mixed-use complex in the Arts District in downtown Los Angeles. Installation of the grounding system for the LADWP Vault, as well as new PVC underground electrical pathways to service the new building.
San Ysidro Land Port of Entry Phase 3

"The busiest land port in the world" in San Diego. Installation of 15 kV T-Body and Elbow terminations, inspection and replacement of T-body boots, and performing VLF testing of medium voltage cables
CSULA - Substation Switching & Terminations

Active college campus - Installation of 66 Dead Break T-Bodies, 6 Load Break Elbows, and 141 Heat Shrink Stress Cone Terminations with wire sizes varying from #4/0 to 500 MCM.
5.4MW Photovoltaic Installation

410,308 SF of solar panels in Central Valley, California. Installation of conduit raceways, 15 kV Cabling, fiber optic cabling, 15 kV stress cones & medium voltage terminations.
Cumulus Tower

30 story tower consisting of 1,210 apartments. Installation of medium voltage stress cones and terminations.

Replacement of meeting and convention space with 23 shops and restaurants, an Erewhon Organic Grocer & Cafe and an Equinox gym. Installation of the electrical and fiber optic underground pathways for the new buildings.

The Central Maintenance Facility for LA County Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Procurement and installation of a 2,000 kVA Transformer with a 600A fusible disconnect switch.
Rose Hills Memorial Park & Mortuary - Phase IV

Cemetery, crematory and funeral home spread over 1400 acres. Installation of 15 kV cable, Dead Break T-bodies and Load Break Elbows.
Mammoth Yosemite Airport

Replacement of existing segmented circle and two existing wind cones with an L-806 and L-807 wind cone.
CSULA Scoreboard Relocation

Active college campus - Replacement of old scoreboard with 26x9x1/2 foot scoreboard. Scoreboard is accompanied by an LED that is controlled via wireless communication from the baseball dugout.
400 S. Broadway - Los Angeles, CA

35 story high rise consisting of 450 condominium units above 7,000 square feet of retail mixed use space. Installation of medium voltage cable and all terminations for five substations.
Tower 180 - San Diego, CA

Tower 180 is a 363,000 square foot tower located in the heart of Downtown San Diego. the project consists of a 25-story tower and low-rise annex, spanning a total of 360,000 square feet, including some ground-floor retail, at 180 Broadway Ave.
1133 S. Hope Street Condominiums - Los Angeles, CA

1133 Hope Street project totals 460,000 square feet throughout one structure with 34 levels above grade and two levels below grade includes 181 luxury condominiums including studios, one and two bedroom units with larger penthouse units on the upper floors. Connected parking totals 160,000 square feet and 350 stalls. The contemporary glass-clad building includes 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and a five-level podium with residential amenities.
Sea-based X-band Radar (SBX-1)

The Sea Based X-band Radar (SBX-1) is a floating, self propelled radar station that operates in high winds and heavy seas. It was deployed in 2006 and is part of the Missile Defense Agency's Ballistic Missile Defense System. It has many small radomes for communication tasks as well as a large central dome that houses a 1,800 tonne radar antenna that is 4,130 square feet. The radar has spent most of its time in Hawaii, Alaska, and all across the pacific.
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Midfield Satellite Concourse

LAX Midfield Satellite Concourse is a $1.3B airport facility. The concourse is designed to accommodate 22 wide body swing gates serving domestic and international flights. Approximately 750,000 square feet of passenger and operational space, 50,000 square feet of passenger tunnel access, 80,000 square feet of utility tunnels, and a ramp level bus station for transfers to other domestic terminals. LAX is the second biggest airport in the nation, fifth in the world, and is considered the gateway to the pacific.
CSULA-RongXiang Xu BioScience Innovation Center

The LA BioSpace Incubator at the Rongxiang Xu Bioscience Innovation Center is a LA County-Cal State LA bioscience incubator that is located in the LA Bioscience Corridor. LA BioSpace will be a launching pad for bioscience start-ups to grow, thrive, and find create a home in the LA Bioscience Corridor. The future incubator will provide access to low-cost lab space, industry mentors and support services for entrepreneurs.
