Tim Lynch, DBIA, is Vice President of Operations at Global Diversified Voltage with over 25 years of expertise in electrical and systems engineering, project management, and operations leadership. He brings a proven track record in organization management, forecasting, financial management, and strategic planning. His career spans roles at Boeing and Lockheed Martin, with a strong track record in managing large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. Tim is driving GDV’s expansion into medium-voltage data center projects and positioning the company as a recognized leader in the industry.
VP Testing & Maintenance

Accomplished electrical testing and engineering leader with over 20 years of experience, including military service. He offers deep expertise in high-voltage substation testing, relay troubleshooting, and leadership in both field operations and business management across major infrastructure and defense projects. Jeff is leading the expansion of GDV’s testing and maintenance division with the goal of making it as integral and impactful as the company’s medium-voltage operations.
Homar Moreno
Field Operations Manager

Homar brings vast amount of expertise in medium-voltage electrical systems and preventive maintenance. As Field Operations Manager at Global Diversified Voltage, he is responsible for ensuring on-site success, safety, and strong customer relationships. He plays a key role in personnel management as well as the training and development of our workforce, driving operational excellence across all projects.

Certified as SBE, MBE, and DBE. We are registered with the DIR in CA and also are licensed in AZ. Our splicers carry certifications directly from manufacturers as well as the NCSCB.
